Jrue Holiday has been called underrated so much he's become overrated

Holiday is a very good player, an excellent defender and a good offensive player but people have gotten carried away when it comes to him. Over the last few weeks people have repeatedly called him underrated and Dennis Scott even posed the question if he was the best two way player in the game. That's an absolutely ridiculous comment considering Holiday is so inconsistent and limited on offense. He cannot finish at the rim for shit, he misses several layups per game. He also turns the ball over way too damn much and is too casual with the ball. He should never be the second option on a good team.

I think he was a little overrated with NO but mil is such a good situation for him and he plays really well during the regular season. however you're right he's just not a 2nd option on a great team and boston's defense is ridiculous. Best 2 way player in the game is likely his own teammate lol.

he's all star level but that's about it. I would've picked him over middleton. Middleton is going be better in the playoffs.

I couldn't be happier he did what he did at the end of that game, but I stand by what I said about his offense. He's an amazing defensive guard, but he has serious limitations on offense and his bad iso plays on offense were killing the Bucks earlier in the game.

YEP.. IMO a better all around player than KYRIE.. Dude avg 18 and 7 on great efficiency.. 50 AND 40 ON THREES.. That is great.. Also a great defender and without him We lose the OLYMPICS.. KD was the most important player but Holiday was second.. So far in the playoffs u can see the difference he makes..

He's an enigma to me. Obviously his defense is always elite but he's streaky offensively. When he's on, the Bucks aren't losing.

And he's pretty clutch too.

Everytime I watch him play he seems to make the right play. Despite his shooting numbers, I always assume the Bucks are getting a bucket when the ball is in his hands.
