Curry has to compete with so many players on his own team. Looney, Klay, Jordan Poole , Wiggins :biggums:

Depends.

If they win in blowouts, Curry will have amazing stats and probably get the award.

If it’s close throughout, you have to figure someone else is gonna end up with it.

If the Warriors win, the media will have an extra hard-on to give it to Curry. He might win it legit (finally), but he would have to really suck not to be awarded the lifetime achievement award Finals MVP.
The Warriors ain't beating a healthy Celtics team though.

Going by history I'd have to say someone who has a good series offensively but a really good series defensively. Wiggins or Klay would be the obvious candidates.

Forget about winning finals mvp. All that matters is that he has to win one of these again.

How so? Lebron left the team that drafted him with a 15 PER and joined a stacked team with a guy who won as the man with a 35 PER.

Kobe after the 2010 finals at least got one. Even if he only shot 41% during that time. :yaohappy:

Stat padding curry is a joke.

There's a lot of casuals on here who haven't seen it in real time like we have. Watching curry fail on the big stage never gets old, and we're teaching a new generation about it.

I can guarantee you it won't be Looney or Klay.
