"We have a 19pt lead right now so what we want to do is slow the game down and not shoot a lot of 3's. Because if we shoot a lot of 3's and miss that's easy pts for the warriors down the other end. So its important we slow the game down since they need to catch up to us. Also use up as much of the shot clock as you can and get a good 2 pointer on each possession.

because he used Kleber the way Bertans would play, instead of having a big down low under the paint if you're going to rely on the dribble drive to break the zone.

He probably got caught up in his team's shooting in the first half, thought they could keep it going.

the Warriors scored 10 more points in the 2nd half, which means even after the Mavs shot the ball as bad as they in the 2nd. had they just made sure the Warriors scored the same amount of points as the 1st, they would have won.

I agree with this.
2 point shots are best when you're trying to reverse a drought, or bury your opponent.
For instance, if you're in a slump... you want to fight for 2s just to get some points on the board and develop a rhythm. If you're up huge? You want to take 2s to jab at the lead and maintain it. 3s are for when its close and in the flow. Eventually this strategy will be implemented.

Would have been a perfect time for some Boban minutes. His height, passing reach and touch around the hoop not only would have been helpful in the middle of the zone, Warriors in general would have to scramble to adjust their game and send their minds into a spin.
Just 5 minutes of Boban time would have wound the clock down while completely flipping the script on how the game was played. That's what the Mavs needed at that stage of the game.
