Scottie Pippen outscored 5 of 6 Finals #2 options so either the 90s was weak as fu** or Pippen was significantly better talent than any other 90s #2 option.

I think they were rated one of the best 10 teams of all-time some years ago, they had a very good backourt in Mo Cheeks and Andrew Toney "The Boston Strangler", Dr. J at forward and Bobby Jones and three-time MVP Moses Malone in the frontcourt. Actually, I think Moses is quite underrated all-time, I mean, he won three Regular Season MVPs and he is barely mentioned with the all-time greatest centers.

Yeah. That was a pretty uniformed statement. The 1983 Sixers is probably one of the top 5 teams ever, and the only two 80's teams that could see being possibly better than them are the 1986 Celtics and maybe the 1987 Lakers. Even then, I'm not certain.
