All of these are players who are known 95% for what they did in the Euroleague, and not the NBA.
One Euro who actually played in the NBA and put up decent numbers, but failed to make the playoffs is Nikola Pekovic. He averaged 17 and 9 on 53% over a 2 season span with the T-Wolves.

And we really shouldn't count 1st/2nd season career-ending injuries, or tragedies such as Len Bias either. Nor should we count "local legends" who never played in the NBA like Kareem's GOAT Earl Manigault. Then we might as well start counting Harlem Globetrotter players.
