ECF Game 7: Celtics 2.5 point favorites at Miami

I am really good at setting lines before the game. Factoring in where Vegas wants people and where they do not.

This will be one of the largest wagered games of all time.

I told a friend I would set the Heat as 3-point favorites. Spoelstra, the best player, and home court.

Celtics are -2.5 point favorites in game 7. This confuses me a little bit. The line feels reversed.

This either means people will jump all over the Heat and oddsmakers already know they’re going down, or Herro is not going to play, or something. I don’t think anyone in their right mind bets Boston at this point as a road favorite. And when everything lines up on one side like I think it will with everyone on Miami; the Celtics win the game.

I wonder how many road teams have been the favorite in a Game 7, at least into the conference finals. 2018 Warriors definitely would’ve been, two I’d be curious about would be the ‘05 Pistons & ‘02 Lakers.

I've seldom seen a playoffs where so many superstars are SO hit or miss. You don't know who is going to ball out or disappear.

I'm enjoying these playoffs. they've been very good even though it was an L for my team in the first round.

finals are going to be painful though. warriors are too talented for either team. as much as I hate to admit it.
