So forming super-teams was MASSIVE overkill and completely unnecessary.. It's basically cheating
Since Lebron pursued an all-star team strategy, he's a talent-based winner that never learned the teammate fits, development, or brand of ball that it takes to win organically..
He was a perennial loser like Luka before forming super-teams and never really learned how to win (organic).

Tatum is leading the Celtics as the only star

That's not even true. Only the '03 Spurs had 1 star
*1 star teams until Boston* Miami teamed up ensured that he was facing hall of famer still in their prime Ray Allen, And hall of famer on the back end of their Prime Kevin Garnett with Dwayne Wade and Chris Bosh. Wade was also losing to the Celtics.
So Lebron faced a team with 3 top 75 players with two second round pick players as his best options on the Cavs.
Fight fire with fire.

^^^ you're revising history.
In 2010, KG was a 14/7 bum after the injury and the Celtics were a garbage team of old guys just like the current Lakers.
Those Celtics won 50 games as a healthy team and were massive underdogs to the league favorite Cavs, who added Jamison/Shaq to a 66-win league favorite - Jamison was a 22/9 player and Shaq was great as 5th option.
The Cavs were massive -500 favorites heading into the series against the Rondo-led Celtics, but they lost a 2-1 lead because Lebron averaged 21 on 34% for the last 3 games and was dominated by Rondo.. :confusedshrug:
So again - from 2001 to 2009, one-star teams won the East 5 of 9 years (01/02/03/07/09)..
A few good teams were sprinkled in like 06' Heat, 04' Pistons or 08' Celtics, but the majority of years were won by 1-star teams (see thread title).. The 00's East is the only conference in history that was won by a bunch of 1-star teams, yet that's the conference that he formed super-teams in..
Why form super-teams when everyone was making it as a 1-star team including yourself in 07' and 15' (and he had homecourt top seed in 09/10)?.. Imagine if Booker teamed up with Ja and Joker - that would decimate the conference and ruin the career of other Western competitors just like Lebron's super-teams stole organic chips from 12' Durant, 13' Duncan and 16' Curry.

lebron won with a one star team in 2013.
2013 Heat ORtg with LeBron on court (960 minutes): 109.9
2013 Heat ORtg with LeBron and Wade on court (678 minutes): 105.0
2013 Heat ORtg with LeBron on, Wade off (282 minutes): 121.8
2013 Heat ORtg vs. Bucks with LeBron on court 115.1
2013 Heat ORtg vs. Bucks with LeBron On, Wade off: 116.8
2013 Heat ORtg vs. Bulls with LeBron on court: 110.1
2013 Heat ORtg vs. Bulls with LeBron on court, Wade off: 118.2
2013 Heat ORtg vs. Pacers with LeBron ON court: 110.6
2013 Heat ORtg vs. Pacers with LeBron on court, Wade off: 121.2
2013 Heat ORtg vs. Spurs with LeBron on court: 106.7
2013 Heat ORtg vs. Spurs with LeBron on court, Wade off: 131.3.
If joker teams up with ja and booker and both those guys decline and play bad in a series(cant even score 20 on average efficiency), then it's no longer a superteam. PS that team wouldnt dominate as much as you think with their fit issues and the clippers and gs around.

The Heat were a super-team in 2013 with 4 HOF - saying that they were a 1-star team isn't a rebuttal..
It's dumb and means that you have no answer, so I'm right
Lebron only averaged 25 on that run because his team was so stacked
Imagine winning a title with only 25 ppg

Imagine calling a team who’s 2nd guy who makes his team worse on offense a super team lol. Imagine thinking lebron didn’t carry when that 2nd guy put up 16 on 50ts% in the playoffs, his raw numbers aren’t even good. Bosh and Ray had great careers well deserved hofers. check out their numbers in the conference finals and finals. Bosh put up like 12 on sub 50ts% those 2 series. Allen played well in finals 11ppg on 71ts%, vs Indiana he put up 7ppg on whopping 44ts%

It's well-documented that Lebron and Wade didn't fit together because both need shooters, so neither couldn't provide the other with what they needed
So Lebron hurt Wade's game (bad fit).. Lebron's lack of elite jumpshooting skill makes him a bad fit for any spotty-shooting ball-dominator like Westbrook, Wade, Hughes or Ingram - all were destroyed by Lebron's big man ball-dominance (which makes HOF's stand in the corner).
it's also well-documented that teams exploited the bad fit with Lebron and Wade - SB Nation wrote a legendary article about how the Spurs exploited the bad fit.
Btw, Lebron had a zero plus-minus and negative net rating for the 13' Finals, so the Heat didn't win with him on the floor.. RAY ALLEN infact led the team in those categories

That was because of wade. The numbers were posted by me. If it was just lebron no wade, the heat put up a 131 ortg, completely dominant. Allen also was often the one who played when wade was on the bench why he has a positive net rtg. It’s not mostly because of fit issues, wade was elite in 2011 and great in 2012. His knees and age were the problem

Wade was a star in the 16' Playoffs and achieved peak Pippen stats from 2013-2016 (21/5/5 and 21 PER), so Wade was fine - fans like you complained when he was reduced to Pippen-level, so now you understand why I hated Pippen - he was like 13-16' Wade
Wade wasn't the 26 PER guy that he was in 2012 and before but he was still Pippen-caliber - Pippen-caliber simply sucks and now you know because that's where Wade was at from 13-16'.

Lebron averaged 16 on 39% thru 3 games while teammates staved off an 0-3 deficit.. His 23 on 43% was insufficient thru 6 games and needed Ray to force Game 7.. He averaged 25 on 45% overall (not dominant), while Wade was a near-equal scoring partner - Wade's near-equal scoring presence prevented Lebron from having to defeat maximum defensive attention (carry scoring load in Finals), which Lebron can't do

Since 1-star teams were enough to be atop the East or win the East in 01/02/03/07/09/10/15/20, Lebron's super-teams were massive overkill and akin to cheating
Imagine if Booker teamed up with Joker and Ja Morant - that would ruin the West and steal organic rings from Curry just like Lebron's collusions stole organic rings from 16' Curry, 12' Durant and 13' Duncan.. That's what collusions do - they ruin the competitiveness of a conference and steal organic rings from true competitors. This distorts the media awards and all-time rankings... i.e. how high would KD rank if he won organically with Westbrook in 12'
