View Full Version : Lebron was just another career-losing ball-dominator like Luka without the "decision"

Why do people forget that and pretend he's a genius player that wins with anyone?

Imagine if Joker teamed up with Booker + Ja Morant and then started making the Finals every year - this would mean nothing because he didn't FIGURE IT OUT (learn how to win) and sought a talent-based approach instead (super-team).

People forget that Kobe had figured it out with Bynum - the Lakers were the 1 seed BEFORE pau gasol arrived.. So there's no excuse for Luka to not figure it out with Porzingas or his current cast, and Lebron should've figured it out with his top defensive teams and deep rosters that he had in Cleveland.

I keep hearing how Lebron is a smart player and that he can win with any roster

It's simply not true because then he wouldn't have done the decision and needed super-teams

Ultimately, dumb brands of ball cause favored talent to underachieve like when Lebron's preseason favorite fell to Finals underdog or loser for 6 straight years (11-16').. So Lebron is goat at underachieving the expectation, which confirms he employs a dumb brand of ball just like Luka

As long as they keep lying about Lebron and today's players

Lebron was a career loser just like other ball-dominators before the decision - the only difference between Lebron and Luka/CP3/Harden, etc is that he formed super-teams

And anyone will look good in today's beginner format of wide open spacing, hands-off mandate, no-impede mandate, open-paint mandate (3 secs) and no-physicality mandate

You mean Jordan was a career loser just like other chuckers before Pippen?

Jordan never stopped chucking and his shot attempts were at career-highs for many of his title runs (92', 93', 97', 98')

The Bulls needed Mike to chuck and carry them because he was the only go-to player and the team had no scoring help

Lebron is not as good as Luka.

Lebron is more like a Tracy McGrady type player.

Yes, more mechanical (Lebron/Tmac).... more pure (Kobe/Luka)

Luka's ball-dominance has low ball movement and low assist teams, but at least he's a pure scorer with elite iso jumpshooting skill, so he commands doubles.. Otoh, Lebron's scoring isn't lethal enough to compromise the defense by doubling (he rarely "gets hot" and galvanizes teammates)

Do you not have anyone at all to talk to in real life?

What a sad existence.

"Heliocentric" players are infact dumb ball-dominators that never evolved past the simpleton, playground approach of 1 guy dominating the ball.

Since ball-dominators impose spot-up roles that stall young players, they lack the teammate development, teammate fits and brand of ball to win organically - since they never learn how to win (organic), they must become talent-based winners (team-hopping... all-star team strategy)..
