His frontcourt ball-dominance ties a coach's hands into playing 1 way (ball-dominance), which yields low team assists that gets massively out-assisted in the Finals (inferior brand of ball).
He never developed a single young player because his skillset imposes spot-up roles that stall young players, thereby needing ready-made stars to win - zero young players saw growth from low-producer to viable producer on his watch..
His skillset simply lacks the teammate development, teammate fits, chemistry and brand of ball to win organically.. Since he never learned how to win (chemistry.. organic), he's forced to be a talent-based winner (team-hopper... all-star team strategy)
He has a winning Finals record with only 1 team despite hand-picking the preseason favorite on 3 teams - again, his weak brand of ball causes favored talent to underachieve.
Consequently, he's the biggest loser on the championship level in 3-pointer history (weak team ceiling regardless of cast)
Every ball-dominator needs all-time scorers as teammates (crazy scoring help)
When ball-dominators carry the scoring burden, they lack the brand of ball to beat good teams and therefore need all-time scorers at sidekick like Kareem, Wade, AD or Kyrie..
Otoh, high scoring for off-ball players like Curry or MJ is partially-assisted - this elevates teammate role and brand, so they can beat top teams with high scoring burden and secondary scorers at sidekick like Wiggins/Pippen.. This is why off-ball guys like Curry/MJ/Kobe/Bird have defeated maximum defensive attention (carried scoring load in Finals)
