Since most people don't have Duncan over LeBron, there's absolutely 0 argument for Steph being ahead of LeBron.

Curry is obviously still behind Duncan at this point. He isn't even ahead of Kobe.
The troll claim that Curry is ahead of or equal to LeBron shouldn't even be dignified with an answer.

TD is ahead of both

Curry is better than Duncan, and it's not even close, and that's because offensive greatness counts more toward all-time rankings than being a great defender. A player can be top 10 even though their defense is average if they are amazing at offense. Nobody calls Larry Bird or Magic Johnson a great defender. They were average at their positions. But their offensive skills were world class.

Curry's offensive prowess and overall impact are so much greater than Duncan's that even though Duncan is a vastly better defender than Curry, the contribution to all-time rankings favors Curry by a significant margin.

And even though Duncan has more all-nba selections, that doesn't mean he's the better offensive player. Also, all-NBA isn't about offense alone.

That's the thing with Curry. He's an outlier. His impact and greatness are off the charts and goes beyond accolades and awards.

Debatable.

Duncan has an extra ring, 2 extra fmvp and an extra mvp...also didn't run to get top tier help like Durant.

Also didn't choke a 3-1 lead and run to a prime superstar for help.

8 x first defensive team is nothing to be shrugged off either, especially when you're playing a huge part in the offense too

I feel you're being quite one dimensional in your views....TD was a true leader

This is rubbish. You don’t know anything about Duncan.

We’re not talking about Ben Wallace.

Well, he is better. A chucker guard(however deadly) isn’t gonna be close to as useful as a dominant two-way big, usually.

Curry isn’t even over Draymond on game impact.

It's kinda weird how Curry is either absurdly over-rated or absurdly under-rated. If we are being objective...a two-time MVP 8 time All-Star 8 time All-NBA and 4 time champion and 20K scorer is not top ten and doesn't belong ahead of guys who have full resume's like Oscar, West, Hakeem, Moses, and Duncan. He might get there but he's not there yet.

Kobe was overvalued by 6x after winning in 2010(people were saying he was top 2... but in reality he settled at 12)

People are overreacting in the same way for Curry. They're saying he's top 10 but that means he's in the 60s...

Prisoner of the moment takes are always funny. Let's keep perspective people. Curry is arguably top 60 max

Name one record Tim Duncan holds on BasketBall Reference? ZERO...He got rings, he got mvps, but he has done nothing that Kareem, Hakeem, Wilt, Russell or Shaq havent done better.

Steph Curry otoh is THE GREATEST SHOOTER of all time. He is the best at what he does. Has the most 3s ever in regular season playoffs and Finals. No one has more.
