He's not nearly as quick as Giannis. He's just too big to stop though.

the tornado

shaq had the nastiest spin in the history of the game

turns out he's actually a really decent person as well despite his immature egotistical personality. many people have come out saying shaq was the nicest kindest and most generous person they ever met, he's helped many people in his life.

another good dude.

Liability at the line, lazy defender at a premium position

But a monster nonetheless

I'd say he has the third best peak ever behind Bird and LeBron.

GOAT freakish athlete.

And way more skilled than he gets remembered for.

That looks like early Lakers Shaq; I don't think he was 350+ pounds then

I was talking specifically about the open court hesitation/juke, not the spin. Giannis would dribble off his foot trying to do that little stutter ONeal did.

He made that layup against the Hawks in case anyone is wondering, past his physical prime: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u9V1Z862lhs

I loved watching shaq vs robinson.... some of the best NBA moments for me.

Shaq had solid handles for his size. If he knew how to shoot he would have been the absolute GOAT.

Better free-throw shooting would've done it. Extra range on his post-up game and a higher motor would be icing on the cake.
