Should title banners stay in the state they were won?

Wouldn't it make nore sense to give then to the Wolves and 76ers ?

It's the teams winning the titles not the cities or states. If the team moves, they get to take their trophies with them.

The banners are the property of the team not the city so no. If you are asking who deserves it more city or franchise the answer is actually the coach and players and they aren't hound to get it either.

By that logic, any title won by the road team gets to stay wherever their opponents are.
