Tier 3 can at least still ball at a pretty high level when healthy (which is becoming increasingly less frequent as they get older). Yeah they phoned it in entirely on defense last season, but I think they can still play adequate defense if they have decent defenders around them.

Tier 2 consists of a guy who hasn't played a full season since 2017, a guy who takes two field goal attempts in the second half of an elimination playoff game, and a guy who probably led the league in lowlights last season.

The ones that really make me say "yikes" are Westbrook, Wall, Tobias, Kemba, Ben Simmons and Porzingis.

Klay better have a bounce back season, otherwise he needs to transfer some of that salary over to Curry
