Or maybe they're the two teams most desperate to get their stars more help.

He's a flawed player but his synergistic value for a team like the Lakers is obvious. LA doesn't have many options so they should sign him if he's available.

Why would Dallas want Mo Bama after acquiring Christian Wood?

Wood is more of a PF, and lacks shot-blocking Mo got. Whoever plays at C got Powell as a backup. That is also a good reason to sign Bamba.

I guess this means Gobert is not likely to be a Mavs.
I don't really know much about Wood or Bamba. I'm guessing they're better than Dwight Howard, which might be enough to make the finals. It wasn't that much that was lacking though, except that Warriors would still be too good.
Losing Brunson is a bigger problem, because playmaker guards are much more difficult to find than serviceable bigs.

Brunson is leaving because he doesn't want to play with Luka. As usual, you are garbage-tier poster. :applause:

Nice box score scouting LOL
As someone who’s watched nearly all his games he gets dummied by any C worth a lick and has no stamina. He’s a back up.

They already got Spencer Dinwiddie, and it seems like Goran Dragic will sign as a backup.

They should sign Donte DeVicenzo.

The jury is still out on this guy.
He is only 24 and just had his best season.
Could be a decent pickup.
