Motel 6 because even a rundown one gets cleaned once in a while

Do I have to go to the igloo or do they bring one to me? I feel like the things you’d have to do in order to keep an igloo going outside an igloos normal environment would provide me an opportunity to flip the situation to my advantage. The money people make doing stupid shit online?

I think living in an igloo in like…Tampa or Charleston…I could get myself some followers.

What am I gonna do with a motel 6 but get to know the local junkies?

You can open a brothel at the motel 6 and make bank

Great question. To clarify, imagine with the igloo you are stuck in miserable, depressed Alaska. And with the Motel 6 you're infested with local druggies and your whole place is littered with ashes and empty Jim Beam bottles and it never gets cleaned.

Well I’d take a motel 6 in the continental United States over an Alaskan igloo in most situations. I grew up with junkies. I caught rainwater in 5 gallon buckets to flush the toilet, stole electricity with meters jacked from abandoned houses, and heated the house with the oven at points of my youth. I’m not scared of a motel 6. I was an assistant maintenance man/boy at a Howard Johnson’s when I was 12-14 or so and lived in it for a couple summers. Wasn’t that far off.

Just because I dine on the freshest jumbo scallops and truffle butter and tip 40% doesn’t mean I’m not capable of going back. I’ll sit in front of my motel 6 door with a 35 dollar Home Depot charcoal grill sharing food and blue moons with the locals till it’s all good.

Poor people are my people….for the most part.

I'm sure ops mom's basement would be awesome, spending every week day and weekend there, starting threads about MJ and posters that upset me

You have come a long way it sounds then because I always imagined you as a millionaire living a comfortable life. Wealthy and made it out of the hood as well

 Big ups, Kblaze

I’ve never been a cash millionaire but if Forbes did the net worth of nobodies I would be. My girlfriend of a couple years is about there though. Between us both having money and me knowing how to make it work and exploding home values I’m good. That said…. I’m still hood adjacent. I have essentially the same 10 friends from 30 years ago and the exact same 4 best friends and we all stay close to home. I was never the most comfortable going full gated community. This girl wants to build a 6 bedroom with a black and red pool with a gotdamn grotto though and I feel like it might clash with my old neighborhood so we will see.

I might be full uncle Phil mode one day.

You can usually tell who's wealthy and intelligent about that stuff and who isn't. Nice work, you carved out a nice life for yourself. Some other incels on this site would benefit from learning how to do the same thing.

As for the same 4 friends, that's a trip. I grew apart from a lot of my friends as my life progressed as it became harder and harder to relate to one another.

They didn’t want to talk about LeBron James’ career totals all day every day?

Shocker.

I'm wondering at what point you realize that you can't possibly say anything of value. When does the guy who rides a bike to work, smokes crack and lives in a Motel 6 realize he has ZERO value to anything. When does it click?

Keep repeating stuff that isn’t true like a unhinged psychopath. I have tons of lifelong friends who I see all the time. Go on trips with, or to sports games, or just hang out and catch up. Meanwhile you have had alts that post 60 times a day and self admit you have grown apart from all of your friends. You honest to god thought that yesterday was July 4th :lol

Seek professional help. No joke. You need it.

Interesting question. There is an obvious correct answer.

Although both scenarios are horrendous, the correct choice would be Motel 6.

There is reason Greenland has one of the highest if not highest suicide rates in the world based on population density. It's cold, dark, and lonely. If you're living in an igloo, you're also living in an environment where igloos can exist.

That being said, a run down Motel 6 comes with its on horrors. You'll experience everything from major pest problems such as and not limited to bed bugs, cockroaches, fleas, and gnats. You'll also get a daily dose of mold to further your inconvenience. Also, good luck with any maintenance on the HVAC(heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and electrical. Let's not forget constantly looking over your back for shady people doing shady things in such a motel. All in all, you will be in hell.

As I stated, both options are horrendous. However, living in an igloo in a cold, dark, and lonely environment will be worse than living in the run down Motel 6.
