What bench players could've put big numbers up starting on bad teams?

I feel like Chris Gatling could've scored 20 PPG yearly on a bad team if he had the opportunity to do so. I look at a guy like Antawn Jamison and think how lucky he was to be able to put up those numbers for so long. I don't feel like, ability-wise, he was that far ahead of someone like Gatling.
