It's impossible.

At the very least the following would need to happen:

74 win team is a returning champion from the year prior, has 3 all NBAs and its star player has a 30 ppg, 50/40/90 season and wins Unanimous MVP

THEN, they would need to be up in the series 3-1 having never lost 2 games in a row at home for the last 3 years
THEN, they would need to lose the series to a player that has only 1 all NBA on his team (NEVER happened in Finals history, 3 all NBAs vs 1)
THEN, the winning player would need to lead all players in the entire series in all statistical categories
THEN, the winning player would also need to have at least 1 game with a Game Score above 42.5 (all time highest in Finals history)
THEN, the winning player would need to have a game 7 triple double, a game wining block, WHILE also hitting the game winning free throw
THEN, the team that wins would need to have been on a 50+ year championship drought and it be the FMVP winners home town that drafted him...

Like I said, It's impossible.
