The man who saved Kobe legacy. At the same time teamed up with Bynum to let Kobe down in 2011. Really a shame that front court failed to work out.

Lakers were always better when Gasol-Odom were getting heavy minutes instead of Bynum-Gasol. Odom just brought much more versatility to the table compared to Bynum.

It was never confirmed but obviously there were rumors of Shannon Brown smashing Pau's wife and he was a complete pvssy in that Mavs series, even Phil was calling him out mid-game. Even though he only came through in '09 and '10, I'd still probably put him 3rd behind Kobe and Shaq as the greatest Laker over the past 30 years.

He was also playing hurt I guess but it was disappointing when he started balling out for the Bulls. As for Bynum, what a waste of talent. Sure, he was injured a lot too but the man just did not like playing basketball. Even for millions of dollars.

Come to think of it, maybe the game had passed that Lakers team by with their lack of 3pt shooting.
