I doubt suns match that unless if it's to be a sign-and-trade for KD.

If suns match they can’t trade him for 6 months or a year

1 IND has been reluctant to do offer sheets in the past, preferring S&T.

2 Ayton can't be a S&T to IND now bc he signed offer sheet

Saw this on twitter.

I agree with point #1. Brogdon turned into a sign and trade

For point #2, is the restriction only to Indy or all teams?

Lol awful deal for a guy with no real progress made on his game since he came into the league.

He is mentally exactly like Ben Simmons. Absolutely no real passion for the game. He got his deal, now he’ll be mediocre shooting 3 foot fade aways and giving the softest and weakest contests I have ever seen, while of course having the draw foul rate of Klay Thompson.

Soft bum with no instincts. Have fun Indy.

He didn't sign yet. Signs at midnight apparently so suns have until midnight to s&t Ayton. Pacers don't have cap space technically at this point for 33mill so they might do a small trade or cut somebody

Pacers already created the cap space

Guess the potential KD trade is dead until January.

Its sad that this guy is going no where , and a legit playoff team did not pick him up.
(Still wish the Bucks would of found a way to get this guy on their roster)

suns matched. he can't be traded for a year. they are planning on still getting KD, the owner is ok with paying luxury tax to execute the booker/DA/KD dream. :lebronamazed:

Not necessarily dead. But Mikal Bridges, who the Suns originally did not want to part with, will have to be the centerpiece player in any trade discussions.

Yet somehow, two organizations, including the one that's had him for 4 years, both just agreed to pay him the largest offer sheet ever.

Your take is off.

17/10 shooting 65.6% TS with strong D is a max player. He has enough mobility to guard the perimeter reasonably well in addition to good interior D.

He played well in the playoffs too.

Wonder how this plays into any potential KD move. I think he ends up staying in Brooklyn.
