Didn't watch, but the picture above shows more paint traffic than today's game
Today's player cries whenever the big man is posting in their driving lane - but that was the only STANDARD in previous eras - players simply had to have superior skill and touch to score without spacing than wit spacing

Didn't watch, i'd rather close my eyes, plug my ears, shake my head in denial, as i mutter to myself..."plz wuv my jordone"...while tears roll down my fat flushed face
yeah...it's embarrassing.

yeah...it's embarrassing.
I don't have to watch someone lie about prior era defenses or misunderstand how illegal defense worked
Illegal defense didn't make defenders hug their man - they could sag off just like today and MORE than today (no armslength rule in the paint like today's game)..
Defenders were actually allowed to paint-camp without being right next to their man and weakside defenders could reside in the outer portion of the paint INDEFINITELY (previous eras had outer and inner partitions of the paint)
But most importantly, you guys are apparently dumb and don't understand spacing and how that negates any issues with illegal defense..... Help defenders are closer without spacing - that's the DEFINITION of spacing, so it's harder to score without spacing (prior eras) than with spacing (today).

Because it's cherrypicked, I'll look for a video I saw recently showing today's terrible NBA defenses...again it's cherrypicked to make today's era look terrible. It's pretty easy to do when you have an agenda...

No wonder Jordan struggled offensively when they made zone defense legal at the start of the 2001-02 season
Now post the video of the amazing offense in today’s era.
