Age standardised mortality rates (ASMRs) for deaths involving COVID-19 for people who had a third dose or booster at least 21 days ago were significantly lower than those for unvaccinated people or those who had received just a first or second dose in all months since booster introduction in September 2021.

The "stats" are complex though. Not only are there differences by age but also after 6 months the vaccine's effectiveness starts to wear off. So today there are lots of people who got 2 shots over a year ago but now are basically "unvaccinated".

Personally I think the real number is much higher than this, based on how many people I personally know who have had serious negative reactions. One of my relatives (a healthy ~55 year old woman) had a heart attack within days of her second shot, she survived but now she has around ~$100k in medical bills and will probably wind up losing her house... the doctors never came up with any explanation why she had the heart attack in the first place, but every time one of my family members suggested the vaccine could be at fault they reacted as if we were talking about voldemort or something.

What is the breakdown of the vaccine being used in Germany?
What vaccine is being used for those people with 1 in 5000 serious side-effect? Is it for a fact mRNA vaccines?

Well no doubt you know more about her and her medical situation than the doctors who treated her in the hospital and couldnt come up with a single concrete reason for her to have a heart attack 48 hours after her second vaccination.

Heart attacks are very rare for women (or at least they were prior to 2020), and in the previously rare situations when they did happen it was never hard to figure out why.
