I think a smart move these days is to take 10 or 20 minutes a day and relax in a park, a nature area, whatever peaceful area is right near you, and just stare at some trees, watch some birds or whatever, not necessarily meditate or something like that but just to relax and not think about anything, just to chill without a care in the world.
