I know the HOF has the weakest standards of any league, but he is not a HOF’er in any capacity. Without looking it up, if he were to make it he’d prob be the weakest selection of anyone who played post 2000.

Tom Chambers is the other. They are the bottom two of 20k scorers.
It's interesting because there are 14 guys between 19-20k and of the 10 currently eligible, 6 of them are not in the HOF: Cliff Robinson, Walter Davis, Terry Cummings , Eddie Johnson, Reggie Theus, and Dale Davis. Stockton, Bernard King (would have thought he'd have more), Bob Lanier, and Gail Goodrich (also would have thought he'd have more) are in. Of the 4 who will become eligible, Dwight Howard and Tony Parker are locks. Demar Derozan is working on a probably and Jamal Crawford is a no.

I always thought Chambers was overrated but he was an all star. Jamison certainly shouldn't be in the hall. Cliff is probably pretty comparable to him. Cummings peaked as a rookie I think? Dale Davis was a great role player. Not a HOFer. Walter Davis the Greyhound I remember as a star in my early days of following the league. Eddie Johnson 6th man no? Theus was good but probably not a HOFer though you never know once you look at their college days I guess

I actually made a mistake. It was Dale Ellis, not Dale Davis.
He isn't in the hall but maybe he could be. Wasn't he one of the OG 3 point snipers?

Yeah Ellis makes a lot more sense. Couldn't imagine Davis had put up those kind of numbers. Never liked his game either but he might be a superstar today. He was one of the great shooters of his era

is 20,000 points supposed to have some sort of meaning? If that's meaningful then why isn't 19,000 meaningful?
seems arbitrary.

He also played with Lebron as well when Lebron lost with HCA and this with Shaq on the team as well.

Jamison might end up with more career points than Kawhi

.
05' Jamison (3rd option)..... 20 ppg
10' Jamison (2nd option).... 15 ppg
Jamison was averaging 22 right before joining the Cavs and cratering to 15 (Lebron-ball)
So the massive upset loss as a favorite in 2010 hurt his legacy - a Finals trip would've got him into HOF.. Unfortunately, Lebron averaged 21 on 34% for the last 3 games to lose a 2-1 lead

He's not a Kawhi fan, does he ever even talk about him?

Jamison became a good 3 point shooter towards the end of his career. Could never handle the ball good.
If Dennis Rodman can make the hall then why not Jamison

Because Rodman was elite at a couple things. One of the best ever at them actually.

Over a 2 season span, a player who made no all-star games destroying a player who was an all-star both seasons:

:facepalm What an embarrassment.

Another career destroyed added to the list.
Playing with Lebron James is where careers go to die.

Westbrook
and now sadly, Jamison.
