Vogel is unemployed too.
The KD stuff has held up free agent signings so everyone is waiting on that and LeBron's extension.
Bron's extension could speed up the Westbrook/Kyrie deal which could grease the wheels for everything else.

He just won a title with them in 2020 so I don't think he believes they're the worst FO in the league.

And some of the Lakers from last year's roster who aren't any of those 10, and have started many games for them include:
-An undrafted rookie (Austin Reeves)
-A reject journeyman playing for his 7th team who was picked up from the street on a 10-day contract (Stanley Johnson)
That's how depleted their roster was. Yet despite this and all the injuries, they still managed to get a record worthy of a spot in the 1986 playoffs. With 3 games to spare.
