Kukoc averaged 18.8 ppg, 7.0 rpg and 5.3 apg in 1999. A stat line that was better than anything Ginobili ever put up.
And we don't know how much Ginobili's stat line would suffer if he had to play with the stat-suppressor jordon.
It's possible that it would go from 18-5-4 to something like 6-3-3, just like Ron Harper went from averaging 20-6-5 to 7-2-2 when he started playing with jordon.

Lebron played with Peak Wade who won finals mvp and got outplayed by Jason Terry. Lebron played with Derrick Rose who won mvp under age 30 which was the same as Kevin Durant who won mvp under 30 while both were on Golden State and Cleveland. Show me a list that has Ginobli over Kukoc (not yours lol). I Googled "best European Basketball Players of all Time. I've seen about 15 list. Kukoc was on all of them. Ginobli wasn't.
