LeBron is the only player in history who is the best player ever for 2 different franchises.

Lottery leader at the Lakers, shame he couldn't pull the trifector

Makes sense. He won 2 MVPs and 2 Finals MVPs on the Heat.

He's the Heat's franchise points per game leader.

Who else would be in competition for best Heat player of all time? Wade? Ancient Shaq? Alonzo Mourning?

So now points per game matters?

Of course, if you watch the clip, Herro qualifies his answer by saying Lebron was his favorite player growing up.

Meh, Tyler Herro lol. Anyhow I got a question for the Lebron haters who've already dove in to say he's not. Why isn't he? He has 2 mvps, the only heat player to win one, 2 fvmps as the leader of the team over a 4 year stretch of excellence and finals appearances. Why not?

Wade's 2006 run was more dominant than any Lebron run because he defeated maximum defensive attention (carried scoring load in Finals)

Lebron never defeated maximum defensive attention because he always had an all-time scorer and elite 1st option at sidekick to nearly match his Finals scoring

Lebron only needed 25 ppg to win the 13' Finals while Wade averaged 20 - so that's an easy title and nowhere near Wade's carry-job in 06'

Ultimately, Wade has 2 Finals runs as the leading scorer (06', 11')and Lebron has 3, but Wade has the most dominant run

LeBron is certainly waaaay closer to being the GOAT Laker than jordon is to being the GOAT Wizard/Bullet, that's for damn sure.

Because Wade has 3 rings and spent most of his career there? That's the downside when you book it from place to place whenever things aren't rosy. If Bron stayed longer in Miami, this wouldn't be a discussion.

Yeah, crazy he couldn’t become the greatest Laker of all time joining the team at 34 years old.

Bleacher Report ranks Jordan as the 22nd greatest Washington Bullet/Wizard of all time. #1 is Wes Unseld and #2 is Elvin Hayes.

Right, which is what I already thought before I asked the question, but then you realize he said "best" and not "greatest" I think he's the best to ever wear a heat jersey.

Now that we know Herro is a dud and Bam is a glorified banger, we see that Butler carried a team to the Finals just like other 1-star teams, aka 01' Iverson, 02' Kidd, 03' Kidd, 07' Lebron, 09' Dwight, 10' Lebron, 15' Lebron, 19' Kawhi, 20' Butler

Only Lebron's super-teams from 11-16' interrupted a trend of 1-star teams winning the conference.. So Lebron's super-teams were overkill and akin to resume manufacturing.. Imagine if Booker decided to consolidate power in the West by teaming up with Jokic and KAT.. It would be resume manufacturing

The old guy is wrong; it's not "all subjective". There is an element of subjectivity but it doesn't come down to "personal taste" like music does.

Nobody cares about winning the conference. LeBron has won the conference while being the only star. How many rings did MJ win by being the only star? 0.

LeBron's first superteam - the Heatles - was a response to the Garnett, Pierce, Ray Allen superteam. So the Heatles were not overkill. The arms race had already started before LeBron went to Miami.

Best Laker imo

He took them from a decade of lottery laughingstocks thanks to Kobe into champions within 2 years... greatest Laker achievement ever
