Dave Benz sucked. Dude would constantly say shit like "Wolves are on a 2-0 run", "It's a 4 possession game if we make nothing but 3's" and every ****ing "ant" pun in the book you can make "Ant's bury their dead" "Ant's can fly" "Ant's can carry more than half their weight"

Super nice and and endured a lot over the years but he really sucked. You wouldn't believe how many times that Jim Petersen would audibly sigh or grunt or just stay silent for like 20 seconds in disbelief based on something Benz said.

Good to know I guess. I thought he and Peterson were one of the better tandems but the amount of Timberwolves games I watched that weren't on national TV was very low.
