Joke aside I am from Europe, there is only one Luka. Maybe at 17 he was not the best player and there were 8 players better. I don't heard nowadays there is a prodigy here and there to the extent and hip when Luka played in Real Madrid. With nowadays social media era we would know far in advance if a player better than Luka at the same age exists.

Skill level maybe, it's like players that come out of 4 years of college, but that doesn't make the more finessed player the better one, there's so much more that goes into basketball. You get drilled into basics in europe, but the game itself is ass compared to the NBA even if it's more true to what older people are used to. They stay more by the rules and so on, but there's almost no team that allows for individual basketball. It's always giving up the ball for a supposedly better shot to the point where it becomes comical. It's not equal, but no opportunity offense and I don't see and prodigy coming out of that, but to be fair I stopped watching euroleague in 2020. Highly doubt it changed much within 2 years.
