Everyone watches some silly embarrassing reality TV shows, some of which you wouldn't even want to admit to watching, because they're stupid. Yet at the same time they're fun. And easy to watch. They're less stressful than serious dramas that have us on the edge of our seats.

What's your favorite guilty pleasure reality TV show that you don't want to admit to loving but you do watch?

Oh yeah and I'll start. The Below Deck TV shows on Bravo are fun. And I don't quite know why. But they are.

I watch Family Matters every night.

Greatest show ever by far.

my 600lb life. it helped me become nicer to patrick as i finally was able to gain perspective on the challenges he faces as a 600lb human.

Never watched the actual show but seen some clips on YouTube

This one dude was eating like 8 meals from McDonald's while playing call of duty and bathing in a huge trough outside :lol

The obviously scripted TruTV shows from 10 years ago are the best to fall asleep to. My favorites are hardcore pawn and lizard lick towing

They always have a hot stew or two, combined with the occasional naked charter guest.
