Today we have a nice game coming up with Croatia vs Greece.

Greece obviously has Giannis is peak form, while Croatia has a strong trio of NBA talent in Bojan Bogdanovich, Dario Saric and Ivica Zubac. Lots of size there.

I'll let someone else comment on the greek team, but this should be a good game of Balkan adversaries.

Last night, Luka and Slovenia beat Sabonis and Lithuania.

Big games from slovene Mike Tobey:oldlol: Dragic also scored 19 points while Luka had 10 assists.

Lithuania still don't seem to have figured out how to take advantage of having too massive NBA centers in Sabas and Valenciunas. Looking at boxscore, Sabas seems to have not much impact.

Sabas and Jonas are a tough fit, even in FIBA where a twin-tower lineup can work better than in the NBA

Also big win for Germany against the French yesterday.

As for Greece today, both of our Cs (Papagiannis, Kostas Ante) are injured. So it will probably be Giannis at C for the first couple of games, which is not ideal because he has to spend too much energy just banging with big opponent Cs in the paint on defense

Schroder and F Wagner are the main stars, plus Theis and some semi-decent Euroleague players

Here is a short intro for all teams

Yea that’s Dennis. I didn’t realize that was Rudy in the spin cycle right away. Luckily he got a chance for vengeance right after that posting Dennis up:

:wtf:

Look I appreciate the aesthetic value of slick moves, and I love to see stuff like that on the playground.

But in a game that actually counts for something... the refs aint gonna call that a carry???

Cmon man...
