I must admit that I too would've thought that a duo of Kyrie and Love would be better, but I guessed the two just sucked that much.

That 9-9 Miami record is kind of misleading too. Most of those 9 wins came when he sat out 6 games towards the end of the 2012-13 season, in which the Heat went 5-1. And 4 of those 5 wins were against lottery teams with 20-something win seasons that were already out of the playoffs.
As soon as he left Miami (for the bum-ass Cavs this thread is about), the Heat missed the playoffs, after 4 straight finals, 2 of which were championships. Meanwhile LeBron himself went to another finals.
The Heat weren't terrible without him, but they were very mediocre.
