I am going to say that Muggsy Bogues had the Goat talent in NBA history.

The amount of skill and talent that guy must have had to make it to the NBA at 5,3 and play 14 years is just remarkable.

As The odds of just someone making it to the NBA at that size is 1 in a billion

He looks as if he is a child playing against goliath's

If you put him in Paul George's body you probably have a top 15 player all time.

Not only that, but he was also a starter and a pretty decent PG. From 1990-95 he put up 10/9/3/2 on 47%. He didn't even average 2 turnovers. During that same time, Reggie Miller averaged the same amount of rebounds, lol. Muggsy also averaged 10+ assists twice during that time.

Pretty remarkable to see that he performed as well as he did given his size.

Nah it’s the 90’s. Imagine fixing a Honda and then later on that day you are playing a finals game

No.

Some of the things he did was due to his height. Not in spite of.
His biggest plus was his assist to turnover ratio. Hard to steal from a 5'3 ball wizard. Nothing really talented about his game. He made the best of what he could a d excelled.

Tracy McGrady. That's a talent

Goat talent? Nope but he might be the greatest defender ever pound for pound, inch for inch lol.
