How bout the rest of yall? Where are my ISH financial gurus, I’m tryin to get a read on the sitch and I know many of you here are very good at this sort of thing. Buy? Hold? Sell? Havent seen much chatter on this lately and Id like to get some expert opinions.

Expecting more sell offs. Wouldn't say it's a horrible time to enter but you're more than likely gonna lose in the short term, depends on your goals and temperament.

Then again, you'll own nothing and be happy anyway. :milton

Wouldn't be surprised if something incredibly ****ed happened given the way things have been.

Put $100 every week into a stock paying a dividend and you'll DCA your way to big money after about 3-5 years. I currently follow O, MAIN, BSTZ, STAG and AGNC

Typically each time there is a dividend payment, the stock will drop that amount in value. Not really free money, but you will own more shares if you have DRIP on to reinvest the dividend. AGNC/NLY are decent mortgage REITs, and O is decent too
