Is Sabonis gonna end up buried on the Kings for 5-6 years and be rediscovered by the league later in his career on a contender?

I like his game and it really feels like he’s become a borderline nobody like KP did after the brief moment of stardom.

There were light rumors that the Celtics were trying to trade for him but nothing came of it. A pity because the way Indiana had a fire sale the price would have been good. Regardless he will be the favorite player of about 15 people in Noryhern California until his contract/sentence ends and he joins a contender for less money than he should get but he will be so sick of losing that he will take the pay cut.
