I remember that early in his career when he played with the Pistons, Hill admitted in interviews that as a teenager he hated teammate Joe Dumars and the Pistons because "they always beat jordon".
So coming from Grant, who is a borderline jordon extremist, this says a lot.

Only Bronies think that criticism of Lebron has something to do with liking Jordan.

Lebron's the most disrespected star ever because he's a chronic underachiever, he opens his mouth about things he's completely ignorant of (e.g. China and Hong Kong), and he has the attitude of an emotionally fragile beta.

We fans want to celebrate greatness but Lebron brought this upon himself by colluding, flopping, finger pointing teammates, quitting mid game, declaring himself the GOAT and simply being a diva who has shit all over the sport of basketball. The "slander" or truth against him is because we have standards.

Of course he isn't wrong. LeBron is rightly disliked by a majority of NBA fans for various reasons, I'll name a few for you delusional Bronies "unaware" of the reasons...he is a frontrunning jackass that abandons ship and throws teammates under the bus as soon as shit turns southward, has done so numerous times. He openly recruits All NBA talent in order to coast his way to chips. He is a cringey hypocritical social justice leftist warrior, in China's pocket. He is an arrogant douche but at the same time, very insecure, who self proclaimed himself the GOAT, although a vast majority of fans disagree, much to his chagrin. For the supposed GOAT, he has done less in more years, despite accumulating nice empty stats...he's also shit the bed numerous times. Last thing, and this isn't entirely on James but his fans are easily the dumbest fanbase in all sports, and I mean worldwide, not just US sports. Proof? They think 4/19 is better than 6/15.

Should I keep going?

Most of this isn’t wrong. But the Laker/Kobe fans are probably the dumbest.

But that’s going to be the case for any player/team that has a huge fan base. With so many people there are going to be dumb dumbs. And they’re usually the loudest.

Good point. Lebron is slandered because he is an ignoramus who pushes off with his forearm and travels.

This. They hate him because he is successful and does whatever he wants meanwhile these guys desperately want him to lose in all his endeavors. It's psychotic behavior. The league wouldn't have been half as entertaining over the last decade if he wasn't there.

Son’s fake woke “hactivism” on shit like the Hong Kong protests cannot be overstated. It’s the most obliviously wrong stance any pro athlete has taken in the 21st century, and whether due to ignorance, or something far MF worse like global merchandising, son deserves for that alone, immense lifetime disrespect. He isn’t some 12 year old who couldn’t possibly know any better.

Also, another glaring point of valid critique, is that he is extremely likely to have abused PED’s for a long time, but the NBA front office looked the other way with biogenesis, because he was their golden calf.

Lebron earned the slander by hand-picking preseason favorites and super-teams for 6 straight years (11-16'), which locked down the league (3 titles in 6 years) until Durant finally responded in 2017.

So it's the 6-year headstart in the colluding space that gets people to knock him, while the media's efforts to ignore his collusion (but knock Durant's) represents an obvious double standard that makes the slander worse (coddled crybaby, etc)

I do agree with Grant Hill. LeBron's taking his offcourt business to elevated heights. Billionaire athlete. He's also vocal about social issues which should be respected.

But let's not act like LeBron didn't get babied by the media early on in his career by Windhorst, Broussard, SAS, Sharpe, etc. It's easy to point out Skip Bayless.
