He's literally the best player on the team because he's the only guy playing like he wants it, while Lebron and AD are acting like they're tired of basketball..

Ultimately, we know that Lebron isn't a leader because... wait for it.... he needs ready-made stars - he needs ready-made stars to dominate because he can't light that fire and inspire young teammates (Ingram, Hughes)... Another reason that he needs more help is because he can't carry the scoring load at the highest levels (Finals) or carry bed-wetting teammates over top teams.. This inability to carry the scoring load requires more help.. He can't carry the scoring load because ball-dominators lack sufficient brand of ball to successfully carry the scoring load against top teams (too ball-dominant).. Meanwhile, expert jumpshooters are the opposite (they have sufficient brand of ball to carry scoring load against top teams)
