I pass my local library every morning on way to work and I always see a lot of homeless camped out in front. At first I didn't pay much attention but after a while I became curious. I didn't realize they had special morning hours for the homeless. Not only that they actually allow them to wash themselves in the bathroom in the morning and hand out snacks and coffee.

Libraries have been slowly dying since the age of the internet but now are being repurposed for the homeless all around the USA. That's great news for the dregs of society since these places now allow them to keep cool/warm during the day, allow them to bathe, and even give them little jobs to do so the can earn extra snacks. It's kind of demeaning having to run around the library putting books away for a snack reward but beggers can't be choosers. Literally

Hooray for libraries. It's nice to know some of us have a place to fall back on in case society gives us a kick in the nuts every once in a while

Yikes, imagine being so triggered you make daily threads about the same posters, and none of them are remotely funny.

It's true. We have a fellow ISH member who is homeless and jobless and is being housed at a Library currently. He's told us he works at a Library, but I think it's more about his pride than anything to tell us that he actually has a job when we all know this is not true. He lives in the Library and uses the internet virtually 24/7. Hopefully he can turn his life around, but if I was the Library, I would think twice about housing people like this because they might scare off actual students and voracious readers that may want to check out books.

He mistakenly took a selfie with the camera on the Library computer the other day and shared it with us:

I saw the other photo he posted too. Looks like they put a big 50gal commercial trashcan right next to him in case he wanted to discard some of his smelly clothes(or maybe just toss his whole self in there)

Notice that ivory colored object near the trash can. Could be the handle of a wheelchair perhaps? Is RRR3 mentally retarded and physically handicapped?? I mean, I know he's mentally handicapped, but now I feel truly sorry for him if he has to defecate in a bag because he can't use his legs.

I have literally posted pictures of me standing up. Chewing is dumber than a naked mole rat.
