That's a number that could very well increase as more information comes in.

That could be a negative thing depending on who you ask

If they're going to fight over men kicking a ball around a field then this only seems like natural selection running its' course.

Football riots are always happening all around the world. What makes this unique is that the deaths are not due to fighting between two rival fans. Because only the home team fans are allowed in the stadium that night so there's really nobody to fight. The deaths are mostly due to people trampling each other while trying to get out of the stadium after the police shot tear gas to the thousands of people still in their seats.

Not as bad as a riot in Brazil. Those are savages down there.

Imagine causing a riot that kills over 100 people over 22 people kicking a ball around...

It's harder for Americans to understand since soccer is mainly a women's and children's sport here

Maybe a little more intense than Maile, but significantly lesser than the daily fentanyl deaths in America or drone strikes on innocent families in the Middle East.

But definitely probably less than Cartel deaths in Mexico.

And definitely less than obesity and alcohol related deaths

Yeah, you’re right.

Too bad the CIA is responsible for the cartels. Yikes, it’s a checkmate bitch.

To be fair, if there was a riot after a basketball or football game here, I'd be saying the same thing. You shouldn't be that invested in people playing a sport that you have to physically fight someone else over it.
