Must be based on where guys were born. There are a lot of guys that played NCAA.

Yea it seems to be entirely based on NBA career success, with weight being given to different things somewhat unevenly. Obviously Jokic is a different tier of player than Parker but 4 rings and 1 FMVP = 2 regular season MVPS but no finals appearances. I guess.
