The Great Scott Pippen in the games where he didn't score many points.
Yet he still averaged 20+.

Boris Diaw.

‘Great impact’ may be stretching it because he didnt really play with a ton of fire, but his talent as an all around player was considerable.

Rodman is the best example I can think of.

Forgot to add Walton, for sure GOAT level impact for a player who never averaged 20 ppg.

ginobili if never averaging 20 ppg is the arbitrary definition of not a good scorer

no definition of great impact either but manu makes a lot of sense

Obviously Rodman is the GOAT of this category but of guys now, Jimmy Butler is a good scorer but not a great one. His impact goes far beyond his scoring.

Gobert is an obvious one.

I would say the GOAT of not a great scorer but a great shooter who had the biggest impact on the game...Robert Horry
