KD & Curry? If you consider Curry a 2 cause of his play style.

I went to the Orlando/Boston game tonight. Tatum is amazing. He said to Banchero "Welcome to the league young fella" a couple times tonight. Banchero's the real deal too.

PG and Kawhi

As Kenny pointed out, Kawhi knows what he has to do - not all game, but in the big moments, step up and be a star. Look, I hate Kawhi's load management, but he is correct - it's the big moments that count and that people remember.

PG and Kawhi

Hopefully this season we'll get to see their true potential. It's always felt like one of them has been hurt in the 3 years they've been together

A lot of trolling shit in this thread. Anyway not bothering to address Tatum and Brown's place in NBA history as it is still too early in their careers. Instead I want to point out that Leonard and George are two players in their 30s that have achieved nothing as a duo. If Leonard's two rings came playing beside George I wouldn't be saying this but in reality their greatness is based on speculation and nothing that they've actually done.

Weekends the last time Leonard averaged more points? Last time he played 70 games? And who had more trade value, by a wide margin?

Nobody's talking about trade value buddy

For a 7 game series nobody outside of you delusional Boston fans are taking Jaylen and Tatum over a healthy Kawhi and PG :oldlol:

Who just made the Finals? And what did they do to your Nets on the way there? Is weird how you have no self awareness of any kind.

Minor side lesson for you: trade value is another way to evaluate worth. If we were comparing Brown to Durant, Durant had greater trade value in spite of his age. Celtics wouldn't trade Tatum for George and Leonard combined and wouldn't deal Brown for Leonard or George individually. So at the very least it's hard to say that they're inferior players. Then you consider the fat superior durability and production? Last time Leonard was better he was in a Raptors jersey. Three seasons is a long time to hold on to a higher rating when the guy he's being compared to is first team AllNBA.

Tatum just came off one of the worst finals performances ever by a superstar

Right now Kawhi is still the better player on both ends of the floor. And PG is better than Jaylen Brown

Obviously Tatum and Jaylen have higher trade value but that's not the point

Tatum has improved immensely. For not being the best player in the league sweeping Durant and Kyrie was a big step

Yeah Tatum had a bad Finals. He also won mvp of the Eastern Conference playoffs. So let's compare that to Leonard's postseason. Of wait we can't. Since 2018 Leonard has one 60 game season and no 61. When healthy Leonard numbers are close but not better and he's never healthy. He is not better.

George has a better case vs Brown because he is at least somewhat reliable. Oh wait no he isn't. 0 60 game seasons since 2018. Stats are similar to JB. Playoff production? "Pandemic P." What case do you have to make? It doesn't exist. As a duo they haven't done anywhere near as much as Tatum and Brown.

Do you not understand what "when healthy" means

And Kawhi has done more and proven to be more reliable in the playoffs than Tatum and Brown combined

When healthy it's not close, Kawhi is better

Do you not understand that "when healthy" hasn't happened in three years? The last time these guys played Kyrie Irving had trade value. They have never done anything together while Tatum and Brown have made the Conference Finals threw times.

But kawhi has usually been on stacked teams or teams with good casts that can win at least 50+ games in the rs without him.
