Recently, I've pointed out that the 1993-94 Knicks were better than any Knicks team Foolish jordon ever beat in a 7 game series, and I've dodged with ease any troll attempt from Foolish jordon extremist alts that claimed otherwise.

But the question is - are the 1993-94 Knicks better than any team Foolish jordon ever beat in a playoff series?
I'd give them the edge over the 1995-96 Sonics, who are the best team from the lot of Foolish jordon's weak opponents.

The 92' and 93' Bulls barely beat the Knicks with MJ and had no chance with anyone else in his place.

This was evident in 94' when the Bulls were about to be swept by the Knicks before Kukoc's miracle made the series an anomaly.. The Knicks CONFIRMED their greatness by taking the champion Rockets to 7 games without their 2 best players (Ewing and Starks were literally worst-ever in this series, aka 18 on 35% for Ewing).. The Knicks would've easily smashed the Rockets in Game 7 but Starks had his version of the "migraine" game (0-13)

I think that the 1991-92 Knicks where better. Mark Jackson provided better offense and they still had a great defensive team.

Knicks should have never traded Mark Jackson he was everything that they needed in a point guard

He provided such fine offense that the Knicks themselves traded him after that season.

Oh yes the legendary "X-Man Debacle"

where X-Man demolished Pippen and almost gave him another "migraine " in Game 7 before MJ stepped in and played the "enforcer" role

People forget that X-Man was a 23/10 player for the first few years of his career, including 25/9/4 against the Lakers in the 87' WCF - that's basically better than Pippen ever played and X-Man showed this again in the 92' ECSF

Absolutely. Their offense fell of a cliff and Starks injured his knee and missed almost 2 months going into the POs as well. OP obviously is making excuses for Pippen's meltdown in the 94 semis but that was not the best Ewing Knicks squad. Not enough offense.

Confirmed:

During his sabbatical Foolish jordon managed to dodge:

1. The 1993-94 Knicks, who were both the best Knicks team of the era and better than any team the Bulls beat with Foolish jordon
2. Hakeem, who had a 6-0 record against the Bulls during their 1st 3-peat

The 2-for-1 Foolish jordon special.

94 Knicks were choke artists, they should have finished the Bulls in 5 or 6 and they had the 94 Finals wrapped up and choked it away.

They were a good team but not the best Jordan beat. 91 Pistons, 91 Lakers, 93 Suns, 96 Magic, 98 Pacers, 97/98 Jazz I think would all be equal or better.

The Knicks were fierce defensively though, no doubt about it. Jazz are underrated but they beat Shaq/Kobe Lakers multiple times, Shaq/Kobe Lakers would ****ing demolish today's NBA and win a chip easily.

Not really a fair assessment. Kobe was a teenager.

Would add the 92 & 93 Knicks to that list. They had similar defensive impact, but better offense with Mcdaniels and Mark Jackson. The Knicks would've had a great opportunity to make and/or win titles those years. They simply ran into Peak Jordan.
