He isn't giving Westbrook advice he's giving Shannon Sharpe an interview. It's strictly for the cameras. If you ignore the fact that Westbrook is a horrible fit and will never be worth playing off the ball the advice he would need from Magic would be how to play alongside James and Davis. Assuming there's a way for him to be a factor on offense without the ball in his hands Magic may have the basketball mind to come up with a way for him to contribute (also may not because strategy for Magic such as it was was often spontaneous creativity that you can't teach). Maybe he could tell Westbrook what Norm Nixon used to do.
