Because the motive of the accuser is just to bring Walker down and railroad his campaign. It's not like Walker raped this woman or committed a crime here. This is purely done to sabotage someone's campaign. It's dirty politics and no sane Democrat should be championing this. But it's hard to find a sane Democrat nowadays. As I have always said about Democrats, it's the accusation that matters more than the actual truth.

And let's be Devil's advocate here. If this were true, how Walker's feelings on abortions 20-30 years ago should not be a reflection of how Walker feels on abortion today.
