- Could set the all-time seasons record of any sport
- The notion of his teamhoping is absurd, the best player he had was Wade who is top 40 while he's had to play against dynasty's
- went from 18 in the league to likely 40 without any personal or professional issues
- of all the generational greats he had the longest run as a great

Cons
- Failed to work with management and ownership to develop dynasty's
- Sided with China which has aged poorly
- wasn't able to bring in shooters in LA
- Likely not going to get the important 5th and 6th rings
