We had idiots on here at the beginning of the season saying he was still a top 5 player.

If nutthugging Bronies weren't such morons, we wouldn't point these kinds of things out. Obviously he's still a good player for his age. Although not as good as Jordan was at 38 years old.

1995 Magic had a net rating that was significantly lower than any of LeBron's finals opponents, and he lost to them as the favorite in the 2nd round. Despite having The Great Scott Pippen (all-NBA 1st & all-defensive 1st) as his teammate. Because in addition to an All-NBA 1st/all-defensive 1st team member, he also needed a Rodman/Grant. :oldlol:

And I'm sure that I could also point you to another team with a lower net rating Foolish jordon lost to in 1986, if he hadn't finished lower in the seedings than an all-star-less team whose best player and leading scorer by a substantial margin was a rookie Chuck Person.

In games where Jordan attempted at least 4 three pointers, he shot 37%. So his percentage got better with volume. And before you say "but the shorter 3 point line" I'm excluding games from those seasons

LeBron meanwhile has averaged that many attempts per game and has shot just 34%. Except LeBron has much less of an excuse because A). The 3 ball is more emphasized now than 30 years ago and B). LeBron consistently has a lot of space on jumpshots because defenses always approach him with the "stand back and dare him to shoot" strategy

Red Pill Sports

2011 will be remembered as the Finals where
A). He lost to a team of geriatric jump shooters while having a superteam
B). He was outscored cumulatively by a bench player averaging 11 fewer MPG
C). In which Wade averaged 26 (better than Pippen all 6 times) and Bosh played better than Pippen in his last 3 Finals...and LeBron still found a way to lose that series, thus negating every Bronsexuals favorite excuse: "hE nEeDs mOrE hElP!"

As for the 8 straight finals, 70% of All-NBA selections during those years were in the Western Conference. So if you ever wonder why he kept making the Finals, there's your answer

Its crazy that Lebron is a top 10 three point shooter of all time. Even in his weakest area he's one of the greatest of all time, just impossible to beat!

All the best players in history Jordan, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Russel, Chamberlain, etc were awful shooters and mediocre at best compared to Bron.

Bron is just on another level, a different breed! Simply by far the GOAT

Perfect example of why longevity stats are the least important criteria in ranking. Bronie's have trouble comprehending this.

Nb1
11-07-2022, 06:44 PM
The thread is about Bron being a terrible 3 point shooter, yet the guy is top 10 all time lol. Whereas the other best all time players are mediocre in this area and didn't even reach top 1000. Kareem Abdul Jabbar has literally 1 three point made in his 20 years career lol. Imagine how dumb you must be to say he's a terrible player becaus he can't shoot to save his life. Longevity is an important part in an athlete's career. It's easy to stay on top for a short time, it's the hardest thing ever for an athlete to stay on top for a long time! I know people sitting on their couch can't know this, but well...

This thread just actually shows how superior Lebron is to all the other top players of all time. Even his weakest point is infinity times better than anyone else's in that area. I mean look at Jordan's shooting ability from 3, it's a joke.

Imagine defining Jordan as a player by his 3 point abilities. Just shows how retarded this thread actually is and by this argument Bron would be by far ahead of Jordan, Kareem, Russel etc.

So, btw thanks guys for just proving it time and time again that he's the GOAT!
