2011 directly cost Lebron a title he deserved, while AD and Pelinka setting up a 'war room' in the offseason and rearranging the team to disastrous effect, cost him multiple years of contending.

Definitely pelinka.

I think out of the entire lakers roster, lakers have only 5 NBA level players and im ready to make it 4 if Westbrick is back to his bricking self. Troy brown and Lonnie walker are solid but they are gonna cash the fvck out after this season because we don’t have their bird rights. And the salary structure for the lakers mean they can only afford to pay lebron/AD, a couple of solid role players or 3rd star, and then a bunch of vet mins to sign 1 year journeymen rentals for the foreseeable future. Essentially pelinka has destroyed Lebrons last 4 seasons of his career which is far worse than 2011.
