Yeah saw this. Don’t know why it’s getting blown up. Gianni wanted to throw up some shots after his horrific free throw performance. First, Worthless Trezz came out acting like he’s draymond taking yanni’s ball and telling him to go home, but yanni invited him to practice along. Worthless Trezz told him to take that s*it to Milwaukee. So Honest Yanni, already frustrated, found two basketballs in the arena hallway and proceeded to practice free throws again. But the workers already set up shop bringing the ladder to dismantle the court for the Beautiful Taylor Swift concert happening that night in Philly. Honest Yanni just wanted to shoot 10 free throws for practice and moved the workers ladder slightly to the left and it just happen to fall and now Honest Yanni is dealing with a PR nightmare.

Agree. That's why some people get to the top and others get stuck in the way. Work-ethic, basically.

You always say that you want the Celtics and you always end up in tears when you get them. You should know better by now.

As for the incident in question, there is nothing to linger over. Giannis is a genuine nice guy but he still is human. He was frustated, he wanted to take some free throws whereas Harrell and the arena crew acted like pricks.

Not saying Antetokuonmpo is a bad guy but the arena staff have a job to do and can't go home until they do it. So while Giannis wanting to go for free throws is a nice story or whatever but these workers probably didn't get home for another hour. They have lives, some of them most likely have kids and/or significant others. They are sixers or the Philly arena employees. They don't work for the Bucks. They should get to go home in timely fashion.

Yeah it's true the Sixers were more undermanned than the Bucks. Plus the Sixers have Doc as coach. Despite being at home, they were more disadvantaged.

Bucks should have won that game. In the end number 21 was just too much for them.

Harrell is possibly the dumbest piece of shit in the league. This is what happens when ghetto boys culture encounter civilized and sophisticated Europeans. In Harrel's mind he believes hes "alpha" but he just looks like a petulant child.

Harrell's a complete douche. But we already knew that. If anything, I see Giannis demonstrating a very high level of restraint. I would have lost my temper there.

I also see that Giannis can make free throws...just not during games. I wonder why that is.

It's different in a game. I remember reading years back that Dwight Howard made over 80% of his free throws in practice.

One of the main reasons being you can't get in a rhythm like you can in practice. 2 at a time. Then the crowd/attention factor of course.

That's the most Trez has done on the Sixers' court this season

I love Giannis but the game was over. The man trying to do his job doesn’t deserve that s h i t. Go shoot free throws in your mansion once you get home.

lol, he missed a couple free throws and got frustrated in himself. Nothing the Sixers did.

TBH when the game was in the balance Giannis was getting superstar calls, going to the line and bricking free throws.

Joel took his team on his back and made tough shot one after the other to ice the game.

Agreed.

I understand Giannis’s side and like the fire but these people are humans that have nothing to do with him. Not a great look.

He seems to be a pretty decent guy though so I expect there was an apology in some way that wasn’t reported.

The funny thing was giannis implied that he wasn't even in 'full rhythm' yet or something like that, while the bucks were still to be defeated earlier during the season.

I question 6'ers employee's // immediately they have to do shit.

Other players in the league have gone out after a game and practiced.
Maybe that is why it has been decades for philly to win a chip lmfao

The employees were doing their jobs- deconstructing the court to set up for another event.

Giannis can go home and practice free throws in his mansion. The game was over. He doesn’t own that stadium.

I still love Giannis but that was a major sour-puss move by him.
