Define what a "bust" is. Darko Milicic in his prime could give you 9 and 5 a night.

Wiseman is a good rebounder, solid defender, if giving the minutes and touches I think he could be a DOUBLE DOUBLE guy.

Not a superstar though

Milicic is what a bust is. Someone who is taken in the Top 5 of the NBA draft yet struggles to score double-digits in any of his NBA years. However, I think had he been drafted by a rebuilding franchise his career could have been different. IMO, spending his first years in the league rotting on the bench stopped his development.
