Have you ever been so deep in believing less known conspiracy theories?

I was deep in what's called 'dental amalgam conspiracy theory' back in the mid-2000s. It's the theory that the amalgam fillings in our tooth are causing all of us to be sick and tired all the time because it leaks mercury. Dentists all around the world knew about it and willingly put us at risk for profit. There were forums where people talk about this everyday and it was a pretty active forum back then. I even considered removing all my fillings and told my family to ask their dentists about it.
